This course is designed to equip delegates with the skills and confidence to effectively and safely conduct robust workplace investigations. It is designed and delivered by former UK police service detectives who have extensive experience in professional investigations and interviewing.

The purpose is to help those involved to competently and confidently gather the appropriate information to assist their Human Resources Department to enable the correct decisions to be made, including the development of soft skills.
