At the end of this course supervisors and managers will be able to understand the principles of interviewing employees, both as witnesses and within the disciplinary process, being able to conduct interviews which gather maximum information and withstand scrutiny.

This course will help managers who are required to undertake workplace interviews with employees, either as witnesses or those under investigation.
